Standard Equipment

• Standard DURABODY Platform construction.
• 6" structural channel long sills.
• Cross members: 3"structural channel @ 4.1 Ibs per foot. 12" c/c.
• Side rails 6" structural channel.
• FLOOR, pre-undercoated, laminated 1-3/8" hardwood. 2 screws per board per cress member.
• FRONT FRAME; 4" x 2" hollow structural tube. SQUARE FRONT. Fast attach front anchor pocket.
• Gear box front curtain tensioner. Grease fittings. "no- backlash" gears.
• 98" REAR DOOR opening, 4" x 2" tube. Reinforcing knee angles. Simple rear curtain attachment.
• ALUMINUM HD 6061-T-6 EXTRUDED self cleaning curtain top rail.
• 5" vinyl PELMET curtain seal.
• Large TRIANGULAR steel reinforcing corner gussets with nylock nuts distribute racking stresses through the entire roof structure.
• 0.040" aluminum roof skin bonded to 1-1/2" I-Beam 6061-T6 aluminum pre-cambered roof bows on 24" c/c.
• 28 oz vinyl curtains standard. Welded joints, 2" seat belt reinforcing web straps at 2' intervals.
• Grab hook anchors lower heat sealed curtain edge.
• ROLLERS, self centring "NYLO-GLIDE" tapered wheel, reducing wear on aluminum track.
• STAINLESS fast opening lower over-centre cam buckles on 24" c/c . Stainless fasteners, inside thrust washer pads prevent curtain fasteners from pulling through the curtain material.
• PILLARS: Over centre 1-1/2" square tube. (Quantity dependant on length).
• CLEARANCE-LIGHTS, SEALED with silicone-rich shrink tube. Meets CMVSS specifications.
• Cross members undercoated.
• 2" reflective CONSPICUITY tape.
• Sherwin-Williams GENESIS^TM acrylic urethane paint on sand blasted, primed structural metal.
• 1 year DURABODY warranty included.
