• WALLS 7/8" white F.R.P. walls. Corrosion resisting sealed rub-rail connection.
  Stainless low profile fasteners.
• DOORS FRP 7/8" panels with Picture frame aluminum extrusions, Neoprene hollow compression seals, 4 aluminum - 4" wide door hinges, Trailer weight galvanized lock rods and Spring door hold-backs.
• REAR DOOR FRAME 4" x 2" x 3/16" tube. Huck bolted to walls. Flush sill entrance and Self draining header.
• CORNER POSTS extend 8' below side rail protecting tail-lights from breakage.
• FLOOR 100" wide wall-to-wall. No interior fasteners near the floor line to snag pallets. 1-3/8" pre-undercoated laminated hardwood available mounted with 2 x 5/16" screws/board.
• ROOF of One piece stretched, urethane bonded to pre-arched "1" beam aluminum bows on 24" centers and Rivets on 2" centers.
• BUMPER Under-ride 96"x 4" x 4" H.S.S. steel tube bumper.
• RADIUS CAPS designed to be AERO-DYNAMIC fuel saving of 10" aluminum, front Huck bolted to 5" radius posts.
• APRON comprising STAINLESS lower 9" front bulkhead and pickup angle.
• COUPLER 5/16"- 50,000 lb. yield bottom plate. 10" coupler channels. 8 pieces channel ramps.
• CROSSMEMBERS of 4" pre-wax undercoated, 3.2/lb/ft - 80,000 yield H.S.L.A. I-beams on 12" centers.
• 5/16" indexed slider angle rails, 240" welded and gusseted, punched at 6-1/2" centers.
• LANDING GEAR Holland MK-V with 6 cross member mount. Channel 'K' brace gusseted.
• SUSPENSION Tandem 49"spread spring, 12,000 lb. x 3 leaf HUTCH #365 springs.
• BOGIE of 10" x 4" tube with large drains.
• LIGHTING meets C.M.V.S.S. standard. Silicone rich heat shrink tube, di-electric grease.
• AXLES 22,500 lb. 10 bolt outboard mount hub piloted drums with Stemco Seals.
• WHEELS 10 hole. Steel Disc, painted white, 11R x 22.5' tires.
• SLACK ADJUSTERS Automatic (ASA's).
• Sherwin-Williams GENESIS^TM acrylic urethane paint on sand blasted, primed structural metal.
• UNDERCOATING complete underbody.
• AIR SYSTEM Industry standard meeting FMVSS & CMVSS regulations with Glad hands offset roadside on aluminum bracket.
• WARRANTY 1 year limited DURABODY warranty on trailers not equipped with lift axles.
• CONSPICUITY Red and White reflective tape complies with FMVSS and CMVSS laws.
