• SIDE RAILS of 6" structural channel.
• FLOOR 1-3/8" hardwood. 2 screws per board per cross member.
• FRONT FRAME 4" x 2" hollow structural tube.
• REAR DOOR FRAME 98"opening, 4"x 2" tube. Reinforcing knee angles.
• ROOF of 0.040" aluminum skin bonded to 1-1/2" I-Beam 6061-T6 aluminum pre-cambered bows on 24" centers.
• CURTAIN & MECHANISM
  • 28 oz. Panama weave, one-piece vinyl curtains standard.
  • 2" seat belt reinforcing web straps at 2' intervals.
  • Grab hooks anchor the lower curtain edge.
  • Square front with fast attach front anchor pocket.
  • Quick attachment for rear curtain edge.
  • Gear box front curtain tensioner, grease fittings and "no- backlash" gears.
  • ALUMINUM HD 6061-T-6 EXTRUDED self cleaning curtain top rail.
  • 5" vinyl PELMET curtain seal.
  • Large TRIANGULAR steel reinforcing corner gussets with nylock nuts to distribute racking stresses.
  • Self-centering ROLLERS with "NYLO-GLIDE" tapered wheel to reduce wear on aluminum track.
  • STAINLESS fast opening lower over-centre cam buckles on 24" centers.
  • Stainless steel fasteners with inside thrust washer pads to prevent curtain fasteners from pulling through the curtain material.
• ROLLING PILLARS located over center 1-1/2" square tube. (Quantity dependant on length).
• CLEARANCE-LIGHTS SEALED with silicone-rich shrink tubing to meet CMVSS specifications.
• UNDERCOATING Cross members painted black or undercoated with Undercoating applied to hidden areas.
• CONSPICUITY 2" reflective tape meeting DOT requirements.
• Sherwin-Williams GENESIS^TM acrylic urethane paint on sand blasted, primed structural metal.
• WARRANTY 1 year DURABODY warranty included.
