Specifying a truck body or trailer:

I know what I want to do, but have no idea what product might be out there to help me do my job?

Answer:

Durabody's Sales Staff has cumulative experience in varied aspects of the transportation industry and what is available to do the job.  Each representative has access to the company's design and production resources to ensure that either an existing product, a modification of an existing product or a totally new design will be able to meet your needs.  If your solution is something we don't make, we will not hesitate to get it for you or refer you to someone who can.

Warranty Issues:

What if I have warranty issues after purchasing one of your products?

Answer:

If you are local to us you will benefit from our Service Department's prompt attention to your situation. Our name, reputation and your return business rests upon our ability to satisfy your concerns and get you back on the road fast. If you are on the road, or it is simply inconvenient for you to come to our facility, we ask that you call our toll free number stating your problem. Our staff will be pleased to refer you to a recognized service center where you will be looked after. We will discuss possible causes, plan of action and solution with the service center technicians before they start any work. In most cases you will not even see the bill as it will be handled directly.

Service Issues:

What if I have purchased one of your products, the warranty has expired and I have a problem?

Answer:

If the problem is outside the warranty period we will be pleased to supply you with a competitive repair quote to be followed by timely service upon your approval. If you are on the road or it is simply not convenient for you to come to our facility, we will be pleased to refer you to a qualified and reputable service provider in your area. We will also be pleased to discuss possible causes, a plan of action and solution with the service center technicians in order to help you get a fair and reasonable estimate for the work to be done.

Parts:

Can I get parts should a product break down on the road?

Answer:

Durabody supports all the products it manufactures. In addition, our parts department carries numerous assemblies and components of other brand names.
